Delete Your Account

DreamTide, operated by Leonenko Group, LLC, lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and how long it takes.

Delete from within the app

1. Open DreamTide and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account: support@dreamtide.app with the subject “Delete My Account.” We verify your identity by your account email and process the deletion, then confirm when complete.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, and profile
• Sleep history, streaks, and saved mixes
• Any child profiles and their stories
• Notification and personalization settings

Timing

Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently erased within 30 days, except limited records required by law. Active subscriptions are cancelled through the App Store or Google Play, separately from account deletion. Questions? support@dreamtide.app.
