DreamTide (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Leonenko Group, LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app and website (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, and a securely hashed password, or your name and email if you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Usage — which stories and soundscapes you play, sleep timers, streaks, and saved mixes, used to personalize the Service.
• Children’s profiles — if you create a child profile, the first name and age you provide, used only to personalize their stories. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
• Device & diagnostics — basic device and crash data to keep the app reliable.

How we use it

To provide and personalize the Service, process subscriptions, send the notifications you opt into, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. See Delete Your Account. Deletion completes within 30 days.
• Notifications — opt out anytime in device or in-app settings.
