These Terms govern your use of Dreamtide, operated by Leonenko Group, LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Subscriptions
Dreamtide offers a 7-day free trial, after which a subscription is required for premium content. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and for any business reason, including commercial viability, to modify, suspend, add, remove, re-tier, re-price, or discontinue any premium feature, subscription tier, one-time purchase, content, or other paid offering within the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
If you already hold an active subscription, any change to its price or terms will not take effect until your current billing period ends, and any renewal at a changed price or under changed terms is subject to your continued consent to renew, consistent with the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Any one-time purchase you have already made will continue to be honored under the terms in effect when you made it. You may cancel at any time through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow the applicable platform's refund policy. Nothing here waives any consumer-protection right under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement, including rights available in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and applicable U.S. states.
Acceptable use
The content is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our stories, audio, or soundscapes.
